| Directed towards boys and girls aged 8 and up, Athlete Factory will develop and enhance their sport and fitness potential. This program focuses on the fundamentals of strength, speed, agility and power in an age appropriate and progressive fashion. In addition to balanced physical training, participants will also acquire strong mental and nutritional skills that are vital for a growing athlete. The class is suitable for both the competitive athlete to the child who simply doesn't want to get picked last in gym anymore. |
