Chris Weiss B.S ACSM |
| Chris graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2005 with a bachelors in Kinesiology and an emphasis on preventative and post-rehabilitative exercise. He is also certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. His professional experience includes clients from 6 to 101 years of age! While he participated in a variety of sports and activities growing up, his heart is with hockey and gymnastics which he competed at the college level. Chris has also participated in drug-free body building. |
