Chris Weiss graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2005 with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on preventive and rehabilitative exercise science.  In addition to his degree, he also holds a certification with the American College of Sports Medicine.  Chris has worked with clients from 6 to 101 years of age! 

Though his first love is hockey, his true love is gymnastics which he began as a freshman in high school and continued through college.  Chris is now actively involved in drug-free bodybuilding.

Chris enjoys spending his free time with his wife Amber and daughter Jade.
